Introduction: Here you will find information regarding the King James Bible and the Bible Version issue, a subject which should be of the highest concern to the Christian. It is my belief that the King James Bible, originally known as the Authorized Version, is God's perfect word in the English language without admixture of error. This site is here to help tell you why I believe that. At one time I read and studied with both the New International Version & New KJV, and I hope that after spending some time learning about this issue that the truth about the multiplicity of versions will be revealed to you as it was to me. I am not a "scholar," and no one has to be to understand this issue for what it is.
Disclaimer: Contained within this site is a lot of information from many different authors. I would say I agree with about 95% of the information presented in the various essays and articles. However, please understand that sometimes it is necessary to "pick the meat off the bone" and that there will inevitably be some amount of human error in human writings, and I did not write any of the material here. Additionally, this site is primarily a mirror of a ministry toward the born-again Christian. I will be adding my own material later. If you are about to email me to tell me that we shouldn't concern ourselves with these things and that this site should be scrapped and replaced with a site geared toward the unbeliever, please save your time, because your message will just end up in my trash folder. The Internet has evangelical websites. This site is geared to people who have already received the Lord and need to know the truth about the word of God and contemporary Bible translations. Also, if you are going to email me with a question, please be patient & realize that I have a job & family and will have to research most of what you ask. I am not a pastor , just a believer. When I first began this site it was to bring glory to GOD, I do not mind debates over email, as long as you realize the AV1611 is the final and ONLY answer. If you have something of value to tell me, a quick question, or just want to say hi, please feel free to email me. Flames will be trashed without response ( Proverbs 26:4).
